Rules and values of the Jam:
1. Participants and mentors must be kind to each other
Everyone is allowed to go at their own pace.
Respect between each person involved in the Jam is mandatory.
Each participant must abide by the Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy enforced for this event.
2. This Game Jam is not a competition
This Game Jam is 72 hours long to give participants a timeline and structure in which they should be available if they want to get the most of it. Therefore mentors will only be available during this time.
There won’t be a prize at the end.
The goal is to finish in time to be able to showcase your game to a professional gamer/international audience for them to play.
3. Communicating and sharing knowledge is essential
This Jam requires participants to work as teams.
Mentors and participants will be there to exchange and share their expertise.
The purpose of this jam is to collaborate to learn how to create something new and explore new ways to do things.
4. Everyone is allowed to apply
Team size is limited but the selection committee will choose participants from different backgrounds and not only from the gaming industry.
Students are welcome to apply
Consider creatives from any industry as potential game creators.
